Privacy Policy: Your Quiz and Tool Answers Stay With You

Who we are

Health information
The quiz and the free tools ask about symptoms and habits. That is health information, so we handle it this way:
- Tools (timers, self-checks, bladder diary) run entirely in your browser. Diary entries are saved only on your device (local storage) and you can delete them at any time with the “clear data” button.
- Quiz answers are kept in your browser session. They are only sent to us if you enter your email and give explicit consent to process your health information to create your plan.
- We never send answers to advertising or analytics providers, and we don’t put health information in page addresses or install links.
If you give us your email, we use it to send your plan. Marketing emails are sent only if you tick the separate box, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
App install links
Download buttons use an attribution link so we know which page led to an install. It carries only an anonymous page code and button position.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state privacy laws) you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us to do so.
